4. Shipping and Delivery

All international orders are shipped using FedEx, DHL, or UPS from one of our warehouses located in Germany, Sweden, Hong Kong, or the United Kingdom.

Delivery to most destinations is possible within 7-14 business days, with many orders arriving within 5 business days.

Detailed tracking information will be emailed to customers within 12 hours of shipment. Tracking can also be accessed via PayPal once the order has shipped.

All orders will be shipped only to the customer’s registered PayPal-verified mailing address. Please ensure the correct address is supplied during payment to PayPal.

The customer’s signature will be required upon delivery. We recommend inspecting the package for any shipping damages before signing.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment and address verification. United Kingdom orders may ship from Sweden, Germany, or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or third-party shipping delays. Import taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Please consult your local customs office for additional information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
