International Shipping

All international orders are shipped using FedEx, DHL, or UPS from one of our warehouses located in Germany, Sweden, Hong Kong, or the United Kingdom.

Delivery to any country is typically completed within 7-14 business days, with many destinations receiving shipments within 5 business days.

Detailed tracking information is provided for every order and will be emailed to customers within 12 hours of shipment.

Tracking and Delivery Requirements

Tracking details will also be available through PayPal once the order has shipped. Customers can log in to their PayPal account to access tracking information.

All orders will only be shipped to the customer's registered PayPal-verified mailing address, even if a different address is supplied during checkout on our website. This measure is required by PayPal for security purposes.
